Our cattle live outdoors year-round, grazing on pasture and eating grass and grass-based forage. Organic goes a step further. The pastures are managed without synthetic pesticides or herbicides, and the animals are raised without antibiotics, hormones or chemical drenches. By choosing certified organic, grass-fed & finished New Zealand beef, we know more about where our liver and heart come from and how the animals have been raised. For us, it's about starting with the best quality ingredients we can.
